Shipping & Returns

Delivery Options

All postage prices are calculated at checkout, but the MOST you will pay for standard delivery is just £4.99.

Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days, but please allow 5 days (just in case!). If you need your Item/Items more quickly than this you have the option at checkout to upgrade your postage to a courier service at a cost of £7.95

Services we use:

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Signed for). This is recorded delivery therefore someone must be available to sign for the parcel.
If no-one is available the parcel will be taken back to the Post Office for collection by you.
The Parcel must be collected from the Post Office within 7 days or it will be returned to us.
Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday.
There is a 2 kilo weight limit on this option.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1-00 pm (Signed for).

Delivery next working day by 1-00 pm.
This delivery must be signed for.
If no-one is available the parcel will be taken back to the Post Office for collection by you.
The Parcel must be collected from the Post Office within 7 days or it will be returned to us.
Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday.
This option is covered by insurance at no extra cost.

Royal Mail Standard Parcels (For heavier items).

Delivery between 3 to 5 working days between 9-00 am and 5-00 pm.
This delivery must be signed for.
If no-one is available the parcel will be taken back to the Post Office for collection by you.
The Parcel must be collected from the Post Office within 7 days or it will be returned to us.
Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday.
This option is covered by insurance at no extra cost.

Business Post, Courier Service (For heavier items).

Delivery next working day between 9-00 am and 5-00 pm (Except Thursdays).
There must be someone at the address to take delivery, as this is a business courier service.
They will make only one delivery attempt, If no one is available to sign for delivery the courier will post a failed delivery card. It is the buyers responsibility to contact Business Post/Other Courier to arrange for you to either pick up your item from their depot, or for them to make a re-delivery attempt.
If no-one is available for the second or third delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to us.
We stress that whilst this is a more cost effective option for next day delivery for our heaver items, it is only value for money if someone is available to receive the parcel. Otherwise you could have paid in excess of £7.95 and still not have received your goods.
Providing a work address is a good way to ensure this does not happen.

Please Note:

The risk of loss of or damage to parcels in transit transfers to the customer once the parcel has left our premises. A claim with Royal Mail cannot be made until 15 days after you should have received your parcel.

For returns the risk of loss or damage to parcels in transit remains with the customer until the parcel has been signed for at our premises. We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery and that you obtain a proof of postage.


Cancellation of Orders.

You have the right to cancel your order. This can be done in two ways. Pre-shipment and Post shipment.

Should you wish to cancel your order you must telephone us immediately on 01942 700842 with your order confirmation details. We will then ascertain whether the order has been processed for shipment. As long as the order has not left our premises we will be able to cancel the order and make a full refund including any delivery costs.

Post Shipment.
Should you wish to cancel an order which has already left you must still telephone us immediately on 01942 700842 for a returns number. We will need the reason for return of products.
The products must be returned to us within 7 days of the date you received the parcel (which you will have signed for and dated.). The products are returned at your cost.
We will offer a full refund less the shipping costs incurred in sending the items to you.
The items returned must meet the following conditions:

  1. Any sealed packaged items must be unopened and the packaging not damaged or tampered with in any way i.e. suitable for re-sale to another customer. This includes children drawing on the packaging.
  2. Costumes are not usually sealed and may be carefully tried on. They must be returned unused, unworn and in re-saleable condition. All original packaging must be returned with the products. This includes any cardboard packed inside the costume to keep the costume evenly packed.
  3. We expect you to take care with our products. We do not expect to receive costumes back inside out and screwed up. All our items are thoroughly checked over for marks and damage before shipping therefore wilful damage or neglect will be apparent.
  4. Due to the hygiene implications the following items cannot be returned unless unopened: face-paints, lipsticks, make-up, eyelashes, nail varnish, tights, socks and underwear. Wigs must also be unworn. Any evidence that these items have been used or worn will result in the items being disputed. Some or all of these items may be fitted with tamper proof seals.
  5. Should items be returned to us damaged or unfit for re-sale then we reserve the right to withhold refund and will regard the items to be disputed. These items can be sent back to you at your cost, if you do not agree to this within 30 days of the item becoming disputed then the items will be destroyed.
  6. Any damage resulting from fair usage or fair wear and tear will be treated as non-refundable please see point 5.
  7. Any items returned with packaging missing damaged or tampered with may only be refunded at the discretion of


For all returns you must contact us for a returns number before you send your products back.
This number must be quoted on the outside of the parcel and you should include a note inside with the same number on plus the reason for return and your details including original order numbers.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in a delay in processing your return.

We will accept returns for full refund or exchange within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. You will have signed and dated the delivery paperwork and this is the date we use.

The conditions laid out in the cancellation details above must be adhered to so please read them in full.

After the 7 day period has expired any returns for refund or exchange are at the sole discretion of we will only consider cases up to 30 days from signing for your parcel.

If we offer to refund then we will deduct a 25% handling fee. We do not refund any shipping costs. If we exchange usually we will allow 100% of your order providing the cancellation conditions are met but there will be a re-shipping cost.

As noted above the condition of the products must be in line with the details laid out in the cancellation section, please read them thoroughly.

No returns will be considered after the 30 day period has expired.

There are one or two other points to note:
Are you fed up yet ? I am, and I am only typing this up, not trying to take it in !!!

We put measurements on our costume descriptions. Please take care to ensure the costume you order will fit to avoid disappointment. This is usually more important for ladies because some of our sexier costumes can be quite limited in size. We have tried our best to highlight this wherever possible. The sizes given are maximums, to the best of our knowledge.

We accept that the costume may not be to your liking when you receive it. We would point out that the models pictured are usually airbrushed we know this because we have seen it being done at one of our suppliers. It gave me great pleasure to discover that even the lovely models are not perfect ! We take no responsibility for the reliability of the images of costumes we are provided with these images by our suppliers as a guide only.
The costumes may differ slightly from the pictures and the colours may not be accurately represented on your computer monitor, but we do our best.
Our suppliers reserve the right to alter or improve costumes without notice.

Damaged or Faulty Items.

We try very hard at to ensure all items are checked for faults/damage before we ship them to you.

We never knowingly ship a faulty item.

Should something slip through the net and arrive faulty/damaged, we ask that you telephone us immediately. This must be within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
If the fault was not apparent on delivery, contact us, no longer than 30 days after receiving the goods.
We will not consider faulty/damaged goods after 30 days of your receipt as this is more than a reasonable length of time for any fault/damage to become apparent.

We will give you a damaged or faulty order number, which must be quoted when returning the item.

We will be happy to refund or replace damaged or faulty items, but we will only do this once the item has been received and inspected by us. Once we are satisfied that the fault/damage has not been caused by fair usage, misuse, neglect or malicious damage to obtain a refund outside the 7 day period, we will refund or exchange.

Should you have a tight timescale we advise re-ordering your item in the normal way and we will issue a full refund once our inspection has been made.
