By ordering from us you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions:

1. We are 24hrpartyshop.com which is the online shop of Party Animal, 58A Leigh Road, Leigh, Lancashire, WN7 1QR.  The Partners are Mr D. A. Mangnall & Mrs A. Doe.  Herewith termed as ‘we’ or ‘us’/’our’.

2. Our contract with you the customer only commences when we despatch your order.  We reserve the right to decline your order or cancel your order at any time before shipment.  We will provide a reason for this.

3. Cancellation.  You have the right to cancel your order.  Please see our very detailed and longwinded cancellation policy, which took me an age to type.  We do not refund shipping/packing costs on cancelled orders if we received notification too late to halt shipping.

4. Returns.  You have the right to return your order providing certain timescales and conditions are met.  Please see our detailed and longwinded cancellation/returns policy as mentioned before.

5. Payment.  You agree by confirming your order to pay for your items before they are shipped.  You can do this as follows:
1. By cheque or postal order through the post.  We require a period of 3-5 days for clearance of this method of payment.  Please make cheques or postal orders payable to 24hrpartyshop.com .
2. By PAYPAL using your personal paypal account - ebay users particularly will be familiar with this method of payment.
3. By credit or debit card as follows:

1. Online on a secure connection.
2. By faxing your details to us.
3. By telephone giving your details to one of our team

We feel that the most secure way is online, but understand that not everyone feels the same.

If your credit or debit card is declined in any way we will contact you.

To process your card we will need the following information:

Name and address of the cardholder including postcode.  Card number – the long number across the front. The last 3 digits of the security number on the back of the card. Valid from date, expiry date and issue number if present.

We take reasonable care to protect your debit/credit card and personal details.  24hrpartyshop, Party Animal and its partners and staff are not liable or responsible if your details are intercepted by any 3rd party and used fraudulently through no fault of our own.

6. Stock.  We try our best to keep all our items in stock.  If we do not have stock of an item it will show as unavailable on our site.  You will not be allowed to order and pay for items that we do not have. 

If we have an expected date for items we will put this on our site.  If you need information on a particular item please telephone us.

7. Pricing.  Prices on our website are occasionally subject to change.  The price shown on the website when you order is the price you will be charged.

Should you order an item which subsequently reduces in price we do not refund the difference.  Should you order an item which subsequently increases in price then you timed it just right! We do not charge the difference.
The exception to this is if we have made a mistake on our website.  If for instance we have listed an item at £0.10p instead of £10.00 we are not obliged to sell to you at this price.  We would contact you to explain our mistake and to ask if you wish to proceed with the order.  At the order stage you have only offered to buy our product at that price and we do not have to accept that offer and can withdraw the product from sale.

8. Delivery.  The timescale for delivery depends on the method you choose. 

Once we have entrusted the parcel to the delivery provider we have no control over how long it takes to get to you.  We can only trust their aims to deliver the parcel in the timeframe specified.
We also have no liability for loss or damage during transit.  Claims for this must be made to the delivery provider.  For Royal Mail no claims can be submitted until 15 days from the date you should have received your order.

9. Internet Security and Cookies.  Our website is secure and you should see a padlock image at the bottom of the page when entering any personal details.  The site will tell you when you are entering and leaving a secure connection. 

Cookies are used on this website – as with the majority of sites.  They are stored on your computer to allow us to identify previous users.  You are able to ask your computer to remove cookies if you wish, usually through an anti-virus or internet security programme if you have one installed – which you should.

10. Copyright and Licensing.  Some of the products on this website are under License to our suppliers.  The images contained on this website are the property of our suppliers and their Licensors and we reproduce them only with their permission as retailers of these products.  We do not condone any use of any of the images found on our site.  They are for guidance purposes only to offer an image of the product you are buying.

Some of the designs or colours may not be exactly replicated on the actual costumes. 24hr partyshop.com does not take any responsibility for this.  If for any reason you are not satisfied that the product meets with the image of the item you ordered then you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days.  24hrpartyshop does not refund any shipping costs either from us to you or from you back to us.  Please refer to our returns policy for details.  You must telephone for a returns number before sending your goods back to us.

11. Your Data.  24hrpartyshop does not use your data for anything other than the processing of your order.  If we offer a newsletter it will be by user subscription only: once signed up you can easily opt out should you change your mind. We will never sell any customer lists on to 3rd parties.

12.  Contract.  Our contract with you is governed by the laws of England.  All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts with regard to any dispute, claim or other matter regarding this contract.
